This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of our services for creating and setting up one-product dropshipping stores on the Shopify platform (the "Services"). By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Description
We provide a service that creates and sets up one-product dropshipping stores on the Shopify platform. This includes:
Store Design: Design of a visually appealing and functional online store using legally licensed themes and assets.
Basic App Installation & Configuration: Installation and basic configuration of three applications: AliReviews, Zopi, and ParcelPanel. These apps are installed on their free plans. You are responsible for managing and upgrading these apps beyond the initial setup.
Essential Settings Configuration: Configuration of essential store settings. Please note that we do not provide support for setting up payment gateways. This is your responsibility.
Custom Requests: We may consider additional custom requests after the initial store review. These requests may be subject to additional fees.
3. Process and Delivery
Once you submit your request (via our ticketing system or other designated channels), we will begin processing your order. We aim to deliver the completed store setup within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery includes a proposal outlining the store setup as described in the Service Description.
4. Your Responsibilities
Shopify Account: You are responsible for having a valid Shopify account and for all associated fees with Shopify.
Product Selection: You are responsible for selecting the product(s) you wish to sell in your store.
Payment Gateway Setup: You are responsible for setting up and managing your payment gateway.
Marketing and Sales: You are responsible for all marketing and sales activities related to your store.
App Management: You are responsible for managing and upgrading any third-party apps installed on your store.
5. Intellectual Property
We use legally licensed themes and assets in our store designs. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the store design for your business. We retain ownership of the underlying design elements, themes, and any custom code developed. Redistribution or resale of the store design is strictly prohibited.
6. Third-Party Applications
The included apps (AliReviews, Zopi, and ParcelPanel) are provided "as is." We are not responsible for their functionality, performance, or any issues arising from their use. Support for these apps should be sought directly from the respective app developers. Any costs associated with upgrading to paid plans for these apps are your responsibility.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee sales, profits, or specific outcomes. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the store. Your success depends on various factors, including marketing efforts, product selection, and market conditions, which are beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from the services; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Termination
We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of these terms. You may also terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
